Towering high at 302m across 63 levels, Address Downtown hotel is a veritable landmark of luxury, situated in the very centre of Downtown Dubai. The hotel directly overlooks Burj Khalifa, offers uninterrupted views of the daily Dubai fountain show (the world’s tallest water-music spectacle) and is connected to The Dubai Mall (the world’s largest shopping mall) by a foot-bridge. The hotel is located next to Souk Al Bahar and other popular attractions including the notorious Burj Khalifa skyscraper, The Dubai Fountain, The Dubai Mall and The Dubai Opera. sShuttle service is available upon request and airport transfers can also be arranged. Fountain is undergoing renovation, no specific date of the fountain opening. The Club Lounge will be temporarily closed from 24th June until 31st of July 2025 due to necessary maintenance and improvements. During this period, the hotel offers all Club Lounge services, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening snacks at the main restaurant located on the 6th floor.
