Admission to The World's Largest Waterpark is limited to one visit per person per day. Guests are not allowed to re-enter the park on the same day after they leave it.
Terms and conditions:
the admission discount is valid for bookings of 3 nights or more and applies to rooms of all categories.;
Additional booking is required for stays of 3 nights.;
The number of tickets issued will correspond to the number of guests staying in the room per day.;
Guests have the right to one entrance to the park per person per day for the entire period of their stay, not including the day of departure.;
Repeat tickets will not be issued on the same day.;
Guests returning from the water park for lunch will not be able to visit it again.;
Water park opening hours: from 10:00 AM to sunset;
A daily subscription to the water park entitles guests to visit only the water park and the beach area.;
Tickets should only be given to hotel guests, and the guest relations team should keep track of the room number, guest name, booking confirmation number, and number of guests.;
Vouchers will be issued by the guest relations team for each guest separately.;
The voucher is valid only for the date, room number and name indicated on it, it cannot be transferred to another guest.;
multiple entry using the same voucher is prohibited.
The hotel organizes a free daily shuttle service. Guests can also use their own transport or taxi. Aquapark and Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites reserve the right to terminate their cooperation at any time. Towels and lockers can be rented at the Aquaventure Water Park for an additional fee. Guests can take towels at the hotel's reception by the pool and on the beach at the water park in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
Age classification:
a child is considered to be a guest under the age of 3 years;
a child between the ages of 3 and 7 years old and less than 1.2 meters tall;
adults are over 7 years old and over 1.2 meters tall.
Children under the age of 3 have free access to the water park.
